    What Is Pay-Per-Click PPC..?

  2. PPC stands for pay-per-click, a model of internet marketing in which advertisers pay a fee each time one of their ads is clicked. Essentially, it's a way of buying visits to your site, rather than attempting to “earn” those visits organically. Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC.

PPC means Pay Per Click. Its the method to get clicks or visits to your desired web page by paying a certain amount. This a way to gain traffic that is organic but if the ROI is good then you can go for it. Another alternative can be on page and off page SEO if you don't want to pay high

When it comes to increasing traffic to your site, you have two main options: pay-per-click advertising (PPC) or search engine optimization (SEO). You can pay for traffic using PPC advertising programs provided by Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing and others.

PPC is a method, Adwords is a platform for PPC - you can use it, or other platforms which provide paid traffic.
